WHAT’S HER STORY?

Sara started her business career while in medical school where she worked late at night to create the concept for a brand that would allow people to weave the benefit and science of scent throughout their days. Using her understanding of global botanicals from years of working with Nobel Peace Prize nominated charity We.org and her degree in Global Health, Sara created a collection of essential oil products. She and her brother Sean Panton launched the aromatherapy company Vitruvi during her second year of medical school and after experiencing fast growth she quit school to run the business full-time. After five years in business, Vitruvi is now sold in 300+ stores internationally and is a leading brand in the wellness movement and the leading natural home scenting direct to consumer brand in North America.

HOW DOES SHE INSPIRE OTHERS?

Sara is an inspiration to all and is featured in this week's Woman Wednesday because she is a determined, creative and successful entrepreneur who followed to her passions and took risks to build Vitruvi into the organization which it is today.
